Hina Zafar is our lead periodontal practitioner with over 15 years of experience in advanced nonsurgical periodontal care. She began her dental career with a BSc in Dental Hygiene & Therapy and soon developed a special interest in Periodontology.

Her clinical practice focuses on advanced non-surgical techniques for the management of complex periodontal diseases affecting the gums and supporting bone, using a structured, evidence-informed approach that prioritises disease stability and long-term maintenance.

Hina completed advanced training in periodontology and holds a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine, enhancing her understanding of soft-tissue biology and healing responses.  

She is the founder of The Zafar ReGen Method®, developed from her experience in periodontology and long-term biological care, while her dental practice remains firmly grounded in established periodontal principles.

Hina’s patients value her calm, clear communication and her ability to create a reassuring clinical environment, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable periodontal outcomes. Hina has extensive experience in supporting patients with dental anxiety and dental phobia.

Alongside her clinical practice, Hina is actively involved in supporting children with autism (ASD) who experience significant oral health challenges. She works closely with schools and local community groups of parents and carers to promote understanding, confidence, and practical strategies for maintaining good oral health.

Hina is passionate about maintaining an active fitness routine and spending time with her family.
